Problems with Hospital Grade Plugs

On October 22, 2009, the FDA http://ow.ly/128GM and ECRI Institute http://ow.ly/128Ju released information regarding a problem with hospital grade plugs from Electri-Cord. This issue was first brought to light by Hospira, but now encompasses several other equipment manufacturers and at least two other power cord manufacturers. I would like to know what you are doing about it and what makes and models of equipment have you found to be affected?
